This training is for new Disaster Relief volunteers and for returning volunteers who need to renew their badges. The training will be held on October 11, from 8:30-2:30, at First Baptist Church, 825 W. Rogers Blvd., Skiatook, OK. The cost for new volunteers is $30.00 and for returning volunteers is $20.00. Children’s Ministry Association (formerly Community 94) is a group designed to invest in the lives and ministries of Preschool and Childhood Ministers. The group meets throughout the year at various locations. Each meeting starts with a morning devotion time in God’s Word, followed by fantastic teaching sessions from well-known speakers on relevant topics. You’ll learn about various ministry resources and enjoy fellowship and networking with other Preschool and Childhood Ministers and volunteers. Lunch is included with each meeting, and we often have fun and useful giveaways for those in attendance!

Join us for our annual VBS Jumpstart event! The 2026 Lifeway theme is "Illumination Station" based on John 8:12. This year we'll focus on Shining a Light on Who Jesus Really Is. This year's Jumpstart will be held at Emmaus Baptist Church, 16001 S Western Avenue in Oklahoma City. Doors will open for Registration/Check-in at 8:45am, with coffee & donuts provided. We will hear from Lifeway’s VBS Specialist, Melita Thomas, as she shares the heart behind this year’s theme. Lunch will be provided. Make sure you stay until the end for some amazing door prizes!!
